CONDITIONS OF USE - WAVE POOL AT GF VICTORIA
1.- You can access the wave pool only if you have previously accepted these conditions in the manner indicated by the hotel.
2.- Access to the wave pool will imply that the client (you), under your responsibility, declares that you meet and accept the following requirements:
• You are at least 18 years old. If you are a minor, you will be accompanied by your legal guardian over 18 years of age.
• Has a height greater than 120 centimeters and more than 30 kilograms in weight. If you are that tall but do not weigh 30 kg, you will be accompanied by a monitor.
• It is obliged to comply in any case, the instructions of the monitors and hotel staff.
• Declare that you do not suffer from any pathology in the neck, back, heart disease, epilepsy or multiple sclerosis, etc. The participant must be in normal physical condition and fit for the activity to be carried out, and not have breathing difficulties or be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The user must not be pregnant. The use of the wave pool is prohibited in case of non-compliance with the above. In case of non-compliance and non-communication to the hotel staff, the client assumes full responsibility for any damage that may be suffered.
• GF-Victoria, will have the right of admission to the wave pool, therefore, it may deny the use of the pool to any client, for any reason, without the need to allege any reason and without this giving the client the right to compensation or claim of any kind.
• The Client agrees, under his responsibility, not to carry plastic, metallic, glass, sharp objects, rings, or accessories of any kind while using the wave pool that could damage the facilities.
• The client will not be able to access the wave surface without a board given by the GF-Victoria monitor. The only modality that is performed is body board.
• The client will not endanger himself or the employees of GF-Victoria. Gf-Victoria is not responsible for the reckless behavior of wave pool users. The user will be considered solely responsible in the event that her behavior is reckless and causes personal damage or damage to the facilities or to third parties.
• All equipment is the property of GF-Victoria and must be returned in perfect condition at the designated places. Theft or damage will be the responsibility of the user. When using GF-Victoria materials, an identity document may be required to be left in temporary storage, which will be returned when the material used in the wave pool is returned.
• Cancellation policy: please contact reception or PR at least 24 hours in advance to cancel the reservation, otherwise the activity will be charged.
• The user expressly states that he is aware and has been warned that the use of the wave pool is a risky sport, that is, he may suffer some type of injury while practicing it, since his participation is voluntary, the client assumes all risks and by signing this document leaves GF-Victoria fully exempt from liability.
• It is mandatory to previously attend the training session that will be held at the beginning of the activity.
• The estimated duration of the activity is 7 minutes per person.
